How CoreMD Clinic Works – Step by Step

• Book Your First Appointment
  You visit the CoreMD Clinic website and book an initial telemedicine consultation at a time that works for you.

• Complete Your Secure Online Intake Form
  Before the visit, you receive an electronic medical intake form.

  • You answer detailed questions about your health, symptoms, medications, and goals.

  • All information is stored on secure, encrypted servers in Canada, fully compliant with PIPEDA and Canadian privacy standards.

• Doctor Reviews Your Case in Advance
  A CoreMD physician reviews your intake form, medical history, and any previous lab results before your appointment. This allows your visit to be focused, efficient, and tailored to your needs.

• Online Consultation With Your CoreMD Doctor
  At the scheduled time, you meet your doctor via secure video visit. Together you:

  • Discuss your symptoms, goals, and expectations.

  • Review whether treatment (TRT, weight management, PrEP, or hair loss) is appropriate and safe at this time.

  • Decide on next steps, including any required lab work or additional assessments.

• Program Enrollment & Personalized Plan
  If treatment is appropriate, you are enrolled in the relevant program (Weight Management, TRT, PrEP, or Hair Loss).

  • Your doctor creates a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan.

  • You receive prescriptions, lab requisitions, and clear written instructions when needed.

• Access to the Patient Portal: Bi-Weekly PDFs & educational materials
  Once in the program, you gain access to the CoreMD patient portal, where you:

  • Receive bi-weekly PDF education files on your treatment topic (nutrition, exercise, medication use, lifestyle, lab interpretation, side effects, etc.).

• All educational content is reviewed by a Canadian-licensed physician to ensure it is accurate, clear, and evidence-based.

• Continuous Medical Education From a Real Doctor
  Throughout your program, you are not left alone with a prescription. You receive ongoing medical education designed by your doctor to help you understand:

  • How the treatment works

  • How to maximize results safely

  • How to monitor your own health and side effects

• 24/7 Telemedicine Support for Questions
  You can send questions through our telemedicine platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • All questions are answered by licensed CoreMD clinicians.

  • You receive clear, honest, medical-grade answers, not generic chatbot responses.

• Regular Follow-Up Visits With Your Doctor
  Follow-up schedule depends on your program:

  • Weight Management & Metabolic Optimization: doctor visit every month

  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT): doctor visit every 3 months

  • PrEP & Sexual Wellness: doctor visit every 3 months

  • Hair Loss Treatment: doctor visit every 3 months

  During these visits your doctor:

  • Reviews your progress, results, and side effects

  • Adjusts doses or strategies as needed

• Orders follow-up blood work or imaging when appropriate
